Nursing Services
24-Hour Skilled Nursing
Our nurses are highly skilled professionals who genuinely care about each resident. Under the watchful guidance of our onsite Medical Director and Director of Nursing, our nurses follow an individual care plan created for each patient. And thanks to our ongoing education program, our nursing team is always improving their skills.
Pain Management
Pain can delay rehabilitation progress. We use medication and other pain management techniques to make our patients as comfortable as possible so they can participate in and benefit from therapy. We also provide education and resources that patients will need to successfully manage pain when they return home.
Palliative Care
Our palliative care team helps patients with serious illness gain the strength to thrive in their daily lives, while reducing the symptoms and stress of living with chronic health problems. We’ll work with you on meeting your individual goals.
Sub-Acute Care
We are pleased to provide a sub-acute care program for residents recently released from the hospital who are medically fragile and require special services. These can include:
– inhalation therapy
– tracheotomy care
– intravenous tube feeding
– complex wound management care.
Complex Wound Care
Our Renew wound care program utilizes professional, clinical, and technical resources designed for the treatment of a variety of wound conditions including:
– ostomies (colostomy/urostomy)
– wound separation
– diabetic arterial/venous ulcers
– pressure ulcers
– pre- and post-flap surgery
Our certified wound care nurses provide the precise care required for these conditions.
Post-Surgical Care
We offer post-surgical care for those who require assistance after a surgery or procedure. This care provides careful monitoring and minimizes discomfort. Benefits of post-surgical care in a skilled nursing setting include:

Short-Term Rehab
Our rehabilitation services feature licensed, in-house physical and occupational therapists. Our therapies are offered five days a week with access to our expansive rehab gym. These therapies are often necessary to improve outcomes for post-surgical patients, injured patients, and those regaining independence. Convenient treatment with our experienced professionals provides you with the best care on your way to recovery.
Speech & Respiratory Therapy
We offer speech and respiratory therapy in-house. Speech therapy can help patients improve:
– eating
– swallowing
– vocalizing
– comprehension.
Respiratory treatment is critical for individuals who have trouble breathing or those with respiratory-associated illnesses such as asthma, pneumonia, emphysema, bronchitis, and sleep apnea.
Care Services
Long-Term Care
Our long-term care services were designed to meet the daily needs of those who have serious, ongoing health conditions or disabilities. Our goal is to help patients live as independently and safely as possible, while assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and nutrition.
Respite Care
Through our respite program, our facility provides security and supervision in a caring and compassionate environment, giving the caregiver peace of mind. Respite care is designed to meet the physical and medical needs of a resident during a short-term stay.
Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care
Our Alzheimer’s and dementia care offers 24-hour supervised care with meals, activities, and health management for residents in a safe environment. Our activity program focuses on cognitive stimulation, emotional support, safety recognition, and resident/staff awareness.
Diabetes Care
Our experienced nurses provide help with all aspects of managing diabetes including blood glucose monitoring, insulin administration and tracking, exercise planning, menu planning, and education. This comprehensive approach helps patients feel their best while also learning how to safely manage their care upon returning home.
Hospice Services
We offer compassionate hospice care for those with advanced, life-limiting illnesses. Our team of empathetic professionals will work together to support families and help ensure our patients’ last days are as comfortable as possible. We ensure our patients’ time is spent with dignity and surrounded by their loved ones.
